Speaking with some non-coder friends, no code platforms have allowed them to fully grasp how complicated code actually is. They’ve never had to make a seemingly simple algorithm work, and how variables interconnect, and how a tiny change of requirements in 2 weeks will change the whole structure. The value of an app isn’t in the code, something that as a software engineer was hard to swallow, but allowed other things to come.

Strong opinions, loosely held.
