I agree 100%. This post applies for every single creative job(creative in the sense that you need to combine two or more ideas or concepts into something new, this goes from management to artists), but I chose the tech niche to write about just because I felt like it. Most distractions come from within(heavily influence by the environment, though), and I wish I had developed more on that topic, but I suppose it will come in the future :)
